etfile announces the release of version 4.3

This new version of our document management solution offers significant enhancement to current features and extensive new capabilities that will help to boost your agency's business productivity. Highlights include:

1. Enhanced etfile Workspace – Facilitates easy stacking and un-stacking of documents and allows you to drag and drop documents onto another.
    

2. Collaboration Workspace – Allows multiple users to share access to a workspace to build documents using stack and un-stacking.
    

3. Version Control – Provides the ability to maintain different versions of a document within etfile. Documents are checked out, modified and checked back in as a new version.
    

4. Updated Security Policy – Allows security standards to be set on user passwords. Whenever a user logs into etfile, if the security policy has been changed since last login the password is validated against set policy.

These are just the highlights, we are excited about these new enhancements and capabilities.

Ready to be updated to 4.3, you now have two options to upgrade:

1. Beginning Tuesday, March 18th, you will be able to log on to the etfile support site at http://etfile.helpserve.com/ - go to the downloads section - there you will find the upgrade files and download instructions.
    

2. Contact the etfile support department to set-up a date and time to upgrade by submitting a ticket on our support site: http://etfile.helpserve.com/, email support@etfile.com or call 888-672-7737 and press 3 for support.

Another new option that will be available on the support site beginning Tuesday, March 18, is a demonstration video to give you a feel for the new release - again just log on to the support site at http://etfile.helpserve.com/ to view the video.
